• How will this help me as a coach?

• What happens to my current Certification?

  Your existing certification will continue to be recognised. 

  The new Coach360 framework builds on the learning and experience you have already gained and provides flexible ways to continue developing as a coach. It supports ongoing growth by giving coaches more opportunities to learn, apply new skills and build capability over time.

• What do Bronze, Silver and Gold certifications represent?

  Bronze, Silver and Gold are the three stages of the Coach360 coaching pathway. 

  Bronze focuses on coaching foundations and building confidence. Silver helps coaches apply and develop their skills in real coaching environments. Gold supports more advanced coaching capability, leadership and ongoing development. 

  Together, they provide a clear pathway that supports coaches at every stage of their journey. 

• I have been coaching for years. Is this still relevant?

  Yes. Coach360 provides experienced coaches with fresh ideas, practical tools and opportunities to continue learning and developing their coaching.

• How much time will it take?

  The time required will depend on your coaching goals and the learning activities you choose. 

  Coach360 offers a mix of learning options, from short videos, articles and podcasts that can be completed in a few minutes, through to online modules, webinars and face-to-face development opportunities. 

  You don't need to complete everything at once. You can learn at your own pace, choose topics that are relevant to your coaching and build your certification over time. 

  The certification pathway is designed to fit around your coaching commitments, with a combination of flexible online learning and practical development opportunities.

• Does it cost anything?

  A range of learning will be free for community coaches. Additional development opportunities may have a cost, but there are plenty of free ways to learn, develop and work towards certification.

• When and how do I get started?

  The new Coach360 certification pathways will be available through PlayCricket Learn from 10 August 2026. 

  To get started, simply log in to PlayCricket Learn and explore your coaching pathway. Coach360 will guide you through the learning and certification options that best match your coaching experience, goals and development needs. 

  Whether you're new to coaching or looking to build on existing experience, you'll be able to access learning, track your progress and work towards certification all in one place.
