Milestone 1 Update
As of today we’ve seen 899 registrations to State and Territory delivered Woolworths Cricket Blast (WWCB) Programs in South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland. Based on last year’s data, we’ve seen almost 10% of the total projected registrations expected by July 1st 2022 already flow through the system.
In addition to Woolworths Community Fund Programs, we’ve seen the first ‘Paid Program’ registrations come through the platform, including Woolworths Junior & Master Blaster Programs. All funds seem to be successfully passing through the payment gateway and reaching their destination at record speed; two business days.
Community Engagement
Our Outbound calling team are starting to pick up speed with the ‘Getting started with PlayHQ’ campaign which will see us speak directly with each individual Club and Association (‘entities’) throughout the country by the end of the calendar year. We’ve successfully completed 330 calls - having engaged the majority of Northern Territory entities, well over half of Queensland and starting to build momentum in South Australia, having just notched over 100 completed calls. Overall, the Outbound team have reported a consistent level of excitement from volunteers and administrators, whilst also fielding several re-emerging questions that will continue to be addressed via community webinars, established communication channels and eventually training when we commence our transition to PlayHQ from Milestone 2 (early 2022).
Earlier this month we were delighted to host ~200 members of the community during our second round of PlayHQ Community Webinars. We’d like to thank everyone who dialled into both sessions. For those of you who missed out, please see the recording here, as well as written responses to all questions raised during both sessions.
Club Website Survey
Thank you to everyone who completed the Club website survey shared with this group in last months’ PlayHQ Subscribers update. We managed to achieve ~180 completions, the feedback from which will inform the solution provided to clubs when they transition across to PlayHQ in the coming seasons ahead. More details will be provided on club websites before the end of this calendar year.
Subscribers Community
We’re very excited that this Subscribers community has continued to grow over the past couple of months, now above 620 people.
