Community Umpiring Technique Guidelines LAUNCHED!

Australian Cricket umpires are getting some new learning resources.

On Tuesday October 1 2024, the 'Community Umpiring Technique Guidelines' was made live and available for download. This resource is designed to provide basic information about common skills and cricket laws that can be applied throughout most Australian Cricket competitions. Each section provides any relevant law, and a range of supporting information in the form of images, diagrams or additional notes to help umpires improve their understanding and craft. 

The 'Community Umpiring Technique Guidelines' will also be supplemented by a range of videos that will be released in the future. The videos will include the same information found in this downloadable version and further supported with in-game video examples.
