The Match Officials team for the Weber WBBL|11 was announced ahead of the WBBL|11 Final between the Hobart Hurricanes and the Perth Scorchers at Ninja Stadium in Hobart.
Cricket Australia (CA) Contracted Umpire Panel members Claire Polosak and Drew Crozier were appointed on-field whilst fellow panel members Sharad Patel and Daryl Brigham officiated as Third and Fourth Umpire respectively. National Match Referee Panel member David Johnston oversaw proceedings whilst scorers Nathan Bester, Craig Hazi and Lucas Craig rounded out the Match Officials Team.
For on-field umpire Polosak, this year’s decider in Melbourne was a record sixth appointment to the Weber WBBL Final, the last four consecutively. This year’s Final was Crozier’s second appearance in a row for the decider having stood in last year’s Final at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. For TV Umpire Patel, this was his first appointment as Third Umpire to the Weber WBBL Final. Fourth Umpire Brigham made his second appearance at the finale having fulfilled the role in last year’s decider.
