Australian Cricket Learning is changing

We're making some updates to our learning platform

Our old coach and umpire learning platform is now closed. You can access learning and available face-to-face sessions through this portal as we develop our new platform, launching early 2026.

  • No, you don’t need to create a new account or log in during this time.

Learning is available directly on the PlayCricket website.

At the end of each module, you’ll complete a short form to record you learning. We'll add it to your profile in the new platform.

  • Learning history, past accreditation records and certificates will be available when the platform is live in February.

If you need a copy before then, email us at playcricket@cricket.com.au. We’ll need to confirm who you are by asking some key questions.

  • Our accreditation learning paths includes a group of modules and face-to-face requirements.

    • Any learning modules or sessions you finished will be carried to the new system.
    • Any learning module you partially completed before 10 December won’t carry over to the new system. You’ll need to restart that learning module when the new platform launches.

Note for any modules you access now on PlayCricket:

    • Progress isn’t tracked, so allow time to finish in one sitting.
    • Complete the short form at the end of the module so we can add it to your learning history when the new system goes live early next year.
  • Accreditation training won’t be available on PlayCricket. It will be available when the platform opens in February.

If you urgently need to complete an accreditation, email playcricket@cricket.com.au

The following learning will be available on request:

    • Advanced Coaching – 6 modules
    • Community Umpiring Accreditation – 1 Module
    • Rep Umpiring Accreditation - 1 module

  • You’ll be able to complete the learning when the new platform is live. If you really need to complete your re-accreditation now, you can contact us by emailing us via playcricket@cricket.com.au

  • We recommend that you contact your local club/association or your local state & territory staff member. If you don’t know who this is, please email us via  playcricket@cricket.com.au
