Logging In (Cricket ID)
-
Cricket ID is an account for all Cricket Australia sites and apps. It provides a tailored experience and access to resources available through Cricket Australia's digital products and services. If you’ve registered as School Ambassador, you already have a Cricket ID.
-
You already have a Cricket ID if you’ve done any of the following.
- As a teacher, cricket coach or umpire - registered for courses and programs for coaches, umpires, schools and clubs on the PlayCricket website.
- As a player or family of a player - registered to community cricket competitions and programs via PlayHQ or followed matches and players on the PlayCricket App.
- As a cricket fan - logged into cricket.com.au, CA Live App, or the Big Bash App to watch live coverage and radio broadcasts of BBL, state and international matches.
-
If you’re having issues logging into your Cricket ID, try the following steps:
- Check your email. Make sure the email you’re using is the right email for your Cricket ID. You may have multiple Cricket ID accounts – have you used a personal email instead of your school email?
- Reset your password. If you don't know your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot password button on the login page, then following the prompts.
- Contact Support. If you're still having issues, please contact our support team via the form below. They will be able to assist with your account access.
-
To update your Cricket ID, log in to Cricket ID on this website. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner, then click on Account or Communication Preferences, depending on what you want to change.

Every student who takes part in the At-Home Challenge will get a personalised certificate. Students who don’t take part in the At-Home Challenge will still get a certificate, but it won't be personalised because they didn’t progress through the digital platform.
-
Certificates become available when you have completed the program in class. To access them, log in to the challenge portal as a teacher or school ambassador, and click on the Students tab.
You have three options for downloading the certificates.
- Download all the personalised templates.
- Download the generic templates.
- Download the templates individually.
Parents can also download the certificate through their student’s challenge portal once the program is finished.
Running the Program
-
Not at all! The Big Bash Schools Challenge can be run during Health/PE time or during class time.
The program is designed to be flexible to suit the schedule of your school. It can be used in a variety of ways, from a brain-break activity in class, to a quick-fire warm up before your PE lesson.
-
The beauty of the Big Bash Schools Challenge is that it can be run in the classroom, on a basketball court or on the oval. Because the balls are soft, all you need is a large enough area for the students to have room to participate.
-
Yes, you can – the videos are designed to be watched by students at all levels.
We encourage teachers to use the videos and resources in the way that best suits their teaching style!
-
The students earn badges by completing the weekly fundamental movement skills they learn in class at home, entering them via the at-home portal. A parent/guardian will need to register to the class to access the at-home portal.
Student Platform Access
